ConnectAbility: Towards Inclusive Communities

2025-1-EL02-KA151-YOU-000296951

ConnectAbility

Across Europe, many young people with disabilities still face barriers that prevent them from fully taking part in youth activities.
Often, these barriers don’t come from a lack of will but from a lack of understanding about what disability really means, how different disabilities affect participation, and what inclusion looks like in practice.

Youth leaders and youth workers play a key role in creating spaces where every young person feels valued and included. Yet, many feel uncertain or unprepared when it comes to working with young people with disabilities. They might worry about saying or doing
the wrong thing, or about not having the right tools or setup to meet different needs.

This project is born from the belief that inclusion starts with awareness and confidence. It aims to equip youth leaders and youth workers with the right mindset, knowledge, and tools to make their spaces and activities more inclusive and accessible. It will also bring in elements of systemic thinking, helping participants look at inclusion not only at the individual level, but also at how systems, such as families, organisations, policies, and communities, interact and shape young people’s experiences of disability.

Profile of Participants:

  1. Hi!
My name is Nur, a twenty-three-year-old girl from Spain.
Through my work in an NGO that supports children living on the street due to loss of custody, often caused by abuse or neglect, I have developed a deep understanding of how inclusion shapes both individual growth and community wellbeing. Within this environment, I specialize in working with children who, in addition to facing trauma, also live with disabilities or special needs. We use tools such as equine therapy, animal-assisted therapy and music therapy to help them reconnect with their emotions, build self-esteem and feel seen.
For me, disability does not define a person. A child with a disability is not fundamentally different from one without; the process of accompanying them follows the same path, only sometimes requiring more patience. And I believe patience is a form of love, and love is rooted in understanding. This perspective has shaped my belief that real inclusion happens when every child is met with the same respect, dedication and trust in their potential, even if the steps they take happen at a different rhythm. Exposure to different perspectives and open dialogue continuously enriches our sensitivity towards inclusion. I believe that learning in this area is never complete; there is always room to research more, understand better and empathize deeper. For me, learning is fully experiential, and experiences like this training course are essential in building flexible, compassionate and informed opinions. I want to engage with peers from diverse backgrounds, listen to their views on disabilities and inclusion, and challenge my own understanding in order to grow.
What I have observed in my work so far is a profound need for patience, empathy and open-heartedness. However, more than just reflecting on what I have seen, I want to explore what I have not yet fully understood. I want to learn how others approach inclusion, how I can improve my work, and how I can offer even more love, support and understanding to children who belong to marginalized and often invisible groups. My aim is to return to my community with renewed tools, clearer insights and stronger strategies to empower young people, especially those who feel different, excluded or unheard!
And… I would love to join this training course also because Greece has fascinated me since I was a child. I always joke that Greece, Spain and Italy are like cousins, and as a Spanish person I feel naturally connected to Greek culture. During a training course in Austria last year, I met participants from Athens who are now good friends, which only made me want to visit the country even more. Yes, also the sea and the views are calling me. I speak native English, so I feel confident about communicating during the experience.
I truly hope to be selected, thank you so much for reading my application! (I’m also really nice and fun hehehe)

  2. Hello!
    I’m Nur, a 23-year-old girl from Spain.
I currently work with an NGO that supports children who have been removed from their homes due to situations such as neglect or abuse. Through this experience, I have learned how powerful inclusion can be in shaping both personal development and healthier communities. My role mainly focuses on children who also face disabilities or special needs, which has given me a deeper sensitivity toward their emotional realities. We work with alternative methods such as equine therapy, animal-assisted sessions and music therapy, all of which help them reconnect with themselves and feel valued.
I don’t see disability as something that defines a person, but rather as one aspect of their story. The journey of supporting a child with disabilities is not a different path—it simply requires a slightly different pace. In my experience, patience is a form of care, and care is grounded in understanding. That belief has shaped my idea of true inclusion: giving every child the same respect, belief in their abilities and emotional presence, even if they grow at different speeds.
I also believe that there is always more to learn. Listening to different perspectives helps us become more empathetic and open-minded, which is why I see learning as something deeply experiential. Participating in this training would allow me to exchange ideas with people from other cultures, compare realities and push myself to evolve both personally and professionally. I want to discover new tools, question what I think I already know, and return to my community with stronger ways to empower young people—especially those who feel invisible or misunderstood.
Another reason I am so motivated to apply is that Greece has always been a dream destination for me. I like to say that Greece, Spain and Italy are like three fun cousins, and as a Spanish person I’ve always felt connected to Greek culture. Last year, during a training in Austria, I met participants from Athens who became close friends, which only made my desire to visit their country grow. And yes… I admit it—the sea and the beautiful landscapes are also calling my name! I speak English at a native level, so I’m sure I’ll be able to communicate naturally and build strong connections during the course.
I would be incredibly grateful to take part in this experience. Thank you so much for reading my application! (Also, I promise I’m friendly, easy-going and fun to work with 😄)

  4. I’m Adam, 19 years old, a musician passionate about helping young people explore their identities and express themselves through music ,I’m really interested in ConnectAbility because I believe in creating spaces where everyone feels valued and included. My work focuses on emotional and social accessibility through art, and I’d love to learn new inclusive practices and share my experience with others

  5. As an Early Childhood Education teacher, I understand disability and inclusion as the right of every child to fully participate in learning and school life, respecting their needs and abilities. Applying these concepts means creating an accessible, flexible, and nurturing environment where each child feels valued and capable. This empowers young children by fostering their autonomy, self-esteem, and social skills from an early age.

I hope to learn practical strategies and resources to address diversity in the classroom, including methods to support the participation of children with different abilities. I also aim to improve my understanding of how to involve families and the community, so that inclusion is not just a school objective but a shared value that strengthens the impact of early childhood education in society.

I have observed challenges such as the lack of specific resources, resistance or lack of awareness among some adults, and the need for trained staff to adequately support all children. To address these, I believe continuous teacher training, raising awareness among families and peers, and adapting materials and spaces are key so that every child can learn and participate fully.

  6. Hello! My name is Raquel Sánchez Gutiérrez, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Málaga, Spain. I’m finishing my double degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education with specialisation in English, and I’ve already taken part in some erasmus+ projects related to inclusion, critical thinking, feminism, AI, digital balance and cyberbullying.

I believe that disability and inclusion are not only about physical accessibility but also about emotional and social awareness. As a future teacher I want to make sure that every child feels capable, valued and part of the group. In my opinion, inclusion starts with empathy and understanding, learning to see diversity as something that enriches us all.

From this training, I hope to gain new tools and perspectives to create more inclusive learning environments and youth activities. I’m especially interested in understanding how systemic thinking can help us connect schools, families and communities to support young people with different needs.

I’ve worked with children with autism, ADHD and specific language disorders during my teaching placements and I’ve seen how small changes in communication or classroom dynamics can make a big difference. Sometimes the biggest challenge is not the disability itself but the lack of knowledge or confidence from adults. That’s something I really want to change.

I would love to take part in ConnectAbility because I’m passionate about inclusion, education and intercultural learning and I’m sure this project will help me grow both personally and professionally.

  8. I am a young working woman in HR field, where the inclusion and diversity are an essential part. I’m willing to perfection my knowledge on this topic to apply it in my daily routine and work life and to progres professionally.

  9. As a youth worker and founder of Casita in Spain, an organisation that connects young people through intercultural education and mobility, I have always believed that inclusion is not just a goal but a way of working and living. My professional path started after my own European Voluntary Service in Wales in 2013, which changed my life and made me understand the transformative power of inclusion, empathy and shared learning. Since then, I have dedicated myself to creating opportunities where young people from different backgrounds can meet, learn and grow together.

Working daily with international students aged 14 – 19, I have seen how inclusion is often misunderstood. True inclusion goes beyond simply “integrating” people; it means creating spaces where differences are valued and where everyone feels seen and respected. In my work, I have supported students facing social, cultural or linguistic barriers, as well as local families learning to open their homes and hearts to diversity. Each of these experiences has shown me how inclusion is a process of continuous dialogue, patience and mutual learning.

Through this training, I hope to deepen my understanding of how disability and inclusion intersect within youth work. I want to gain practical tools and perspectives that will allow me to create more accessible and empathetic environments within my organisation and in the broader community. I also hope to learn how to challenge unconscious biases and to design educational activities that empower young people with fewer opportunities to take an active role in shaping their own paths.

Personally, this project is also a moment of reflection. As someone who has worked for years in intercultural education, I recognise that inclusion is an evolving skill that must be renewed and nurtured. I believe this training in Greece will help me grow as a youth leader, but more importantly, as a human being who can listen, understand and inspire others.

After the project, I plan to share what I have learned with the network of educators, host families and young volunteers connected to Casita in Spain. I want to organise local workshops on inclusive communication and empathy-building activities, ensuring that the knowledge gained during this experience multiplies and benefits many more people.

Inclusion begins with awareness, but it becomes powerful when it translates into action. This training will help me transform awareness into practice, and practice into change.

  10. Hi,
My name is Silvia Martínez, and I am a psychologist currently pursuing a master’s degree. I am reaching out to express my interest in collaborating with your organization on your project related to disability.
In the past, I have worked with organizations supporting children with profound autism and intellectual disabilities, which gave me valuable experience in understanding different needs and communication styles. I completed my psychology degree in English, and I have also participated in four Erasmus+ projects, all conducted entirely in English. These experiences have strengthened my intercultural communication skills and my ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams.
I am particularly interested in your project because I want to gain a deeper understanding of the lived experiences and daily realities of people with disabilities, as well as the psychological impact of living with their conditions. My goal is not only to use these knowledge to provide appropriate psychological support to these people when needed, but also to integrate these insights into future community projects aimed at improving the wellbeing and inclusion of people with disabilities.
I would be very happy if you take me into account to this project and if I could learn from your team’s experience.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you.
    Kind regards,
    Silvia Martínez

  12. Hi, my name is Ana, i am from Spain, Valencia and i have 21 years old.

First of all, i am interested in this proyect because i want to grow personally and mentally in fields of inclusion.

To add, it is important to me to learn how we can help people in times we are living today and how to teach them to take them to be part of our society.

Hope i can receive a repply.

Thank’s for this opportunity and hope i can be part of this experience.

    Ana.

  13. Hi everyone!
I’m Hugo, from a small village in Ávila, Spain, called Candeleda. I study International Relations, and I really enjoy taking part in Erasmus+ projects that connect people from different cultures and backgrounds.

I’ve already joined two youth exchanges, one in Pamplona about group dynamics and another in Italy about cultural exchange. Both experiences taught me how inclusion and teamwork can make people feel safe, respected and involved. I see inclusion as something that starts with small actions — listening, adapting, and making sure everyone feels they belong.

Sometimes I’ve noticed that people are left out not because others don’t care, but because we don’t always know how to include them. That’s why I’d love to join ConnectAbility: to learn practical ways to make activities more open and accessible for everyone, and to bring that mindset back to my community.

I’m really motivated to share ideas, learn from others, and keep growing through experiences like this. Thanks for reading my application!

    Hugo.

  14. Hello!

  15. My name is Paula, I’m 23 years old, and I believe I would be a great candidate for this project because I’ve always been strongly connected to culture and creativity. I studied Journalism, and since I was little, music has been one of my biggest passions. For me, this experience is a wonderful opportunity to keep growing personally, professionally and culturally.
I’m a very passionate and curious person who loves learning new things and discovering new perspectives. I truly believe that the best way to grow is by travelling, meeting people from different cultures, and stepping outside of our comfort zones.
I also love meeting new people and I’m quite sociable, so I always enjoy sharing ideas, listening to others and building meaningful connections. I’m sure this project will be a perfect environment to learn from others and contribute with my enthusiasm and creativity.
Thank you for considering my application!
    Paula

  16. Good afternoon!

My name is Pol Pensado. I am a twenty-one-year old student of a double degree in English and Spanish Philology in Huelva, Spain. This being so, it is highly likely that I become a professor in the future. As such, it is crucial that I be aware of all the different realities that I could encounter in my classrooms in order to be able to adapt myself and my lectures to all my students, making them feel understood and comfortable. But not only that: it would be as essential to do so in my daily life. In these terms, ConnectAbility would be of much help.

On the other hand, being a LGTBQIA+ person, I am always willing to get in touch with other minorities. I think that discriminated people, though belonging to different groups, tend to understand better among them, since they have just that in common: they are always looked down one’s nose. Joining forces, these groups can lend a hand to each other emotionally and politically.

In brief, I would love to be chosen for this Erasmus+ project not only because of its utility, but also because of the necessary political fight to bridge gaps among communities, creating a better society for future generations as regards respect and facilities. I have not only plenty of personal experiences to share, but also a huge desire to listen to everyone else’s, especially of those who are the focus of ConnectAbility.

Hoping to be selected for this amazing learning experience, I send you kind regards.

    Pol.

  17. My name is Xavi and I’m a 27-year-old youth worker and entrepreneur from Barcelona. I recently founded Innovation Horizons, a non-profit organization that empowers young people through Erasmus+ projects, soft-skills training and inclusive community actions.

I’m very interested in taking part in ConnectAbility because I want to learn how to make our youth activities more inclusive and accessible for everyone. In my work, I often meet young people with different abilities or backgrounds, and I would like to better understand how to create safe and supportive environments for them.

This project is a great opportunity to exchange ideas with other youth leaders, learn about European inclusion policies and bring new methods back to my organization. Personally, I’m also passionate about personal growth and teamwork. I love running, travelling and connecting with people from different cultures. I believe ConnectAbility will help me grow both as a person and as a youth leader.

  19. Well, i think this project would suit me because: I do have a good level of english (B2 certificate with C1 level); I’m a future health professional as I’m studying physiotherapy and i have experience working with disabled kids at a clinical level and with non-disabled kids in other, sport related, projects in my city (Valencia, Spain).
I Hope my profile fits what you’re looking for!
    Best regards

  20. Hi!
My name’s Ithaisa, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Tenerife.
I studied the Degree in Psychology and now I’m studying a Master’s Degree in HR Management. At the same time, I’m working as a job counselor for an organization.
My career and vocation is oriented towards understanding better and helping people, both in Psychology, HR and Job Counseling. Therefore I think inclusion is a main topic nowadays that needs more visibility. I think it’s essential that professionals from my field make work spaces more inclusive and accessible, because we work directly with and for people.
I would love to learn new tools and knowledge about inclusion and disabilities, so I can share them with my teamwork and apply them in my daily work.
If I finally get the chance to participate in this project I will give my best and try to learn everything I can from it and from my teammates to get the best experience.
I’m looking forward to develop my ConnectAbility!!

  21. Good morning!

As such, it is crucial that I be aware of all the different realities that I could encounter in my classrooms in order to be able to adapt myself and my lectures to all my students. More intimately, I am a LGTBIQA+ person with a three-year experience in activism, so I have a personal interest in this project too. I strongly believe that the opressed understand better among us irrespective of the communities we belong to, because we share one same trait: we are discriminated. Joining forces among minorities politically and socially is what I find necessary to take steps as regards progress in visibility, further respect and the creation of adapted facilities and spaces.

In brief, I would love to be chosen for ConnectAbility both to inform myself for my daily life and future job, and to gather tools in order to fight for the disabled’s rights. I have not only plenty of personal experiencies and ideas to share, but also a huge desire to hear everyone else’s, especially of those who are the main focus of this amazing project in order to learn from them.

Hoping to receive good news soon and thanking you for having read my message, I send you kind regards.

    Atentamente,
    Paula Gutiérrez

Hi, my name is Paula Gutiérrez, I’m 20 years old and I’m currtently studying Mathematics and Economics. I’m a hardworking, creative, and outgoing person, ans I am really eager to travel and meet people from different places.
I’ve been wanting to take part in an Erasmus+ project for a long time, but none had interested me as much as this one. I’m especially drawn to it because it promotes the real inclusion of people with disabilities in the youth field, which I believe is essential for a fair society.

Having had close experiences with people with disabilities has made me more aware of the importance of empathy, communication, and accessibility, and it deeply motivates me to actively contribute to breaking down the barriers that still prevent gheir full participación in certain fields. I would like to receive training to be able to create environments where every young person, regardless of their abilities, feels confident to take part.

I also see this experience as a great opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, learn from other young people, and practice English (in which my level is really good) in an international setting.
I would be thrilled to be part of your project and to contribute with my motivation and commitment to this cause!

Thank you very much for giving us this incredible opportunity.

  24. Hi! I´m Carlos, from a small city in Spain called Ávila. I will start working as librarian next year, and in the meanwhile I´m trying to get part of these kind of groups with such meaningful collective goals, and to learn new perspectives from people all around the owrld. I´ve been able to join two volunteering groups, one in the north of France, about culturaal heritage, and other and Croatia, where we worked with children.
Both of them were amazing experiences which helped me to open my mind and enriched me in ways that I can´t even describe. I´ve also been part of a training course in Italy about mental health in youth workers, and soon I´ll give my best in Alicante, in another training course about mental health in the job.
I think I can fit in this project, as I´m truly interested in all which comes about mental health, and I´d love to explore the ways in which we can help the youngsters with disabilities to feel a menaingful part of the society. This is a truly interesting field for me and feel like I can bring my empathy and ability to listen and learn from the others. I´ve also had experience with older people and being able to help them couldn´t be more satisfying for me, even if it was just about small daily life things.
To sum up, I´m like a sponge and can´t wait to give everything from me in Greece!
    Carlos.

  25. As a youth worker, I have spent many years accompanying young people from different backgrounds and realities. In recent years, I have worked closely with youth supported by social services, some of whom are on the autism spectrum or have cognitive, or physical differences. These experiences have taught me that inclusion is not only about access but about connection such creating spaces where everyone feels respected, safe, and able to express.

I would like to deepen my understanding of inclusion, and learn practical ways to adapt activities, communication, and settings so that all young people can participate fully. I have seen how small, thoughtful adjustments like using visual supports or flexible routines, can make a huge difference in someone’s confidence and engagement. Learning from others across Europe and other communities will help me grow as a professional and bring new ideas back to my own.

I am motivated to take part in this project because I see it as a chance to learn and share with my peers. My goal is to keep improving the quality of my work with young people and to contribute to building communities where inclusion is not just a value we talk about, but something we practice on the daily.

  26. Hello! My name is Cristina, I’m 21 years old and I’m from Spain. I recently came back from my Erasmus experience in Poland, where I learned how powerful diversity and cultural exchange can be in shaping our way of seeing the world.

During that time, I met people from many different backgrounds and realities, and it opened my eyes to how much inclusion depends on empathy and listening. I’ve realized that everyone wants the same thing: to feel accepted, valued and understood, but not everyone gets that chance. That’s one of the reasons why I want to take part in ConnectAbility, to learn how to create spaces where everyone feels they belong, regardless of their abilities or differences.

I have also been involved with ESN, where I supported international students in adapting to new environments and cultures. In addition, I have volunteered in casales in Barcelona that work with children and families at risk of social exclusion. These experiences taught me the importance of empathy, patience and small actions that can make a big difference in someone’s day.

I’m very passionate about human connection and about helping people feel comfortable being themselves. I believe inclusion is not just an idea; it’s something we practice every day in how we communicate, support each other and choose to see value in every person.

Through this training, I hope to understand better how to apply inclusive practices in real life, and to come back home with new tools, experiences and perspectives that I can share with others. I’m also really excited about discovering Greece, a country I’ve always felt naturally connected to for its culture, people and beautiful energy.

Thank you so much for reading my application. I would be truly happy to join this experience, learn from others, and bring my positivity, curiosity and openness to the group

  27. Hello! My name is Dulce Maria Gomez-Egatz, and am 22 years old. I am originally from the United States but have been living in Spain for some years now and I come from a diverse background, so speak both English and Spanish fluently. Currently, I am studying cultural studies at UC3M, and have also taken part in various activities such as an activism and creative campaigns workshop with ACNUR, and a short term Erasmus opportunity.

My whole life I have felt passion towards justice and inclusion in every aspect, as I always have made an effort to actively engage in making everyone feel like equals in school and my community. From visiting and participating in community assisted living homes to personally attending youth support groups, I am grateful to have a good amount of experience with engaging in the support of people with all forms of disability, whether it be physical or psychological.

I truly believe that all humans deserve to experience an equal incorporation into their communities and the broader society. I hope to continue to learn and expand my ability to participate in the social inclusion of those who have any kind of disability and are prone to being alienated from their communities as well as learning how to manage any challenge that arises. I consider myself to work well in group settings and love communicating with others, so I truly hope to have the opportunity to be able to experience such an opening opportunity!

Muchísimas gracias por la oportunidad <3

  31. Hi, my name is Jimena and I’m from Spain. I’m studying European law with the aim of helping those in need. Through my life I’ve done several work with NGO’s, both in Spain and internationally, and I think this would be a great opportunity to help destroy barriers and learn about inclusion.
Thanks for reading my application and I hope I can be part of this project.

  32. Hi Euro Mirada team,

My name is Amaya and I’m from Spain. I’m currently studying Industrial Engineering, and I’ve always had a strong connection with nature. When I found out about your ConnectAbility: Towards Inclusive Communities project, I felt immediately drawn to it — it combines two things I care about deeply: creating inclusive spaces for everyone and learning how to make a positive impact in my community.

Even though my studies are in engineering, I’ve always enjoyed being around people and exploring ways we can work together to solve problems. Being in nature has taught me patience, observation, and appreciation for diversity — lessons I think are just as important when working with young people from different backgrounds and abilities.

I’m really excited about the chance to learn new tools and methods to make communities more inclusive. I want to bring back what I learn and share it with others in my city, helping create spaces where everyone feels welcome. I’m open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to connect with people from all over Europe — sharing experiences, ideas, and even a few laughs along the way.

Thank you so much for considering me. I would be thrilled to be part of this project and contribute my energy, curiosity, and commitment to inclusion.

  34. My name is Raúl Gil, and I currently work as a programmer and, independently, as a private tutor for young people who face difficulties in subjects such as mathematics and computer science.

I have decided to apply to ConnectAbility because, through my daily work, I have identified an important gap: uncertainty. Despite my commitment to inclusion, I often feel that I lack the tools and confidence to fully support young people with different types of disabilities. My goal is to transform that uncertainty into confidence and practical skills, so that my classes become truly accessible and equitable spaces.

I am particularly interested in the systemic approach of the project. I do not seek only to learn how to adapt an activity or a lesson, but to rethink my entire way of teaching, understanding how external factors such as families or educational policies influence each young person’s experience of inclusion and participation.

My multiplication commitment is clear and achievable: Internal/personal:
After the course, I will develop an Inclusive Teaching Module based on the tools and exercises acquired, to integrate into my teaching methodology and educational materials.

    External/collaborative:
I will share this module and the best practices learned through a workshop or presentation aimed at my network of educators and collaborators, helping the knowledge spread beyond my individual practice.

I am fully prepared for the preparation and multiplication requirements, and I am eager to actively participate in the intercultural evening and course discussions, sharing my challenges and learning from the experiences of other European participants.

For me, ConnectAbility is not just a training course — it is an opportunity to create real and lasting change in youth inclusion, something I consider essential for the future of my teaching practice.

  35. Hello! My name is Ana, I am 24 years old, and I hold a Degree in Fine Arts. Last year, I also completed the Master’s Degree in Secondary Education Teaching, specializing in the DIAP modality and undertaking my teaching practicum in a secondary school. Through this experience, I grasped the importance of considering diverse classroom contexts and student backgrounds to adapt my teaching, thereby making it truly meaningful.
My artistic background has provided me with a creative and open mindset. As a future educator, I am convinced that every student brings a unique identity and specific needs. Therefore, it is fundamental to apply flexible, contemporary, and respectful methodologies. In this regard, I am particularly interested in the Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje (DUA) framework, as it is essential to ensure that all students can participate and progress regardless of their circumstances or background.
I believe this project is an excellent fit for my profile because I strongly support the idea that educational inclusion must be addressed from the classroom, the family, and the community itself. My experience as a pre-service teacher and my background in Fine Arts allow me to bring a perspective that combines realistic and creative ideas with active and updated methodologies tailored to the current generation of students.
This project would allow me to grow both professionally and personally, by learning new tools and knowledge, exchanging ideas, etc., all of which I can then apply in my future classrooms as a teacher.

  38. Hello!!! My name is Carla
I am currently studying medicine, and I have been interested in social and inclusion issues for many years. When I was 16, I wanted to learn more about disability, and I volunteered for two years at a foundation that works with people with functional diversity. This summer, I volunteered with the European Solidarity Corps in Romania, working with children from the Roma community who are living in conditions of social exclusion. Although I study medicine during the academic year, I combine this as a volunteer in a scout group in my city.

I would like to be part of this project because I believe inclusion is essential, and it begins with understanding, knowledge, respect, and empathy. That is why I would like to receive more training to become more inclusive and to better understand the situation of these people and the challenges they face, which, even though I have not experienced them myself, are important to know, understand, and address.

I would like to learn how to improve the environments in which I live so that people with disabilities can feel empowered and respected, in spaces where they can grow just like anyone else.

  40. ¡Hola!
    Muchisimas gracias 🙂
