On 16 October 2025, students at the University of Pablo de Olavide (UPO) gathered to hear first-hand reflections from participants in the Job Shadowing in Rome (Italy). The session—“Sport, Inclusion and Sustainability in Action”—featured Delia Cristea and Isabel Atienza, who presented concrete practices and insights gained during the mobility.
The event created an inspiring space to discuss empowerment, cooperation, and a more sustainable future. Participants explored how sport can drive inclusion, spark collaboration between organisations, and open opportunities for young people.
