Opportunity of Job Shadowing in Rome
Euro Mirada launches a new opportunity within the Sport4Empowerment project, co-funded by the European Commission.
We are looking for 10 sports coaches, trainers and/or volunteers engaged in sports activities and inclusion programs.

- Transport grant: up to €309 per participant.

What is Job Shadowing?
- Job shadowing is a professional observation mobility where participants will join sports associations and organizations working with inclusion.
- You will gain first-hand experience of their programs, exchange good practices, and learn innovative methodologies to bring back and apply within Euro Mirada.
Participant profile
- Sports coaches, trainers or volunteers with experience or interest in social inclusion through sport.
- Motivation to apply the knowledge gained in Euro Mirada’s local programs.
- Full availability from 25th to 29th September.
I am someone who has been practicing sports as a lifestyle for several years. I am not a professional coach, but I can offer great support thanks to my knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it is something I enjoy and value greatly. Sports help me improve physically and mentally, so participating in a project like this would be very rewarding.
