General Objective<\/strong> The primary goal of the “Leaders of Tomorrow” project is to equip young people and youth workers with essential skills and tools to enhance their effectiveness in youth work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project aims to strengthen their ability to actively engage with the next generation, fostering leadership, project management, conflict resolution, and social inclusion competencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative addresses a key skills gap identified by the European Union, where 70% of youth workers consider transversal skills vital for overcoming challenges in an increasingly complex European landscape (EU Youth Report 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BootCamp will feature interactive workshops, practical sessions, and group activities focusing on conflict resolution, social inclusion, and digital tools for youth engagement. Participants will benefit from a “learning by doing” approach, enabling them to immediately apply newly acquired skills in a collaborative, multicultural setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
